We have several different programs available for kicking and punting athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

In Season Training

The in season training program is for kickers and punters at the high school, college, pro, or free agent level.

It is completed during a kicker or punter's regular season and allows athletes to focus on their kicking game without compromising their play. 

Off Season 
Training

The off season training program is for kickers and punters at the high school, college, pro, or free agent level.

It is completed before or after a kicker or punter's regular season. The program adds strength and movement to significantly improve an athlete’s kicking game during the off season.

Jp Team

This is a virtual training program for fitness enthusiasts who are looking for robust programing for an expert athlete. This program can be done completely virtually.

One-on-one
Coaching

The virtual one-on-one coaching program is only open to a select number of athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

Additional Programs

This program can be added to your in or off season training program, or with the JP Team. 

This is a 9 week program that focuses on giving additional foundational movement and practice to improve your kicking and punting game. 

This program is designed for kickers and punters. It should be done before starting the off season program.
