I add athletic movements in the training like skips, jumps and bounding to keep our coordination and fast twitch muscle fibers ALIVE.

The JP Team programs are designed for fitness enthusiasts who are looking to take their workouts to an explosive level. With expert coaching, this virtual training program allows you to work out when you want, all while having a research-backed program that continues to push you each and every week.
Shredded & TOned
The 6-12-25 method, popularized by strength coach named Charles Poliquin, is a training protocol designed to increase muscle hypertrophy and strength. It involves three different sets of repetitions for an exercise. The idea behind this method is to fatigue different muscle fibers at varying levels of intensity, which can lead to greater muscle development and overall strength improvements.

Our Mobility Training Program is a great addition for the JP Team. It allows for multijoint movement that opens a range of motion to make each of your movements during your workouts stronger.
