JP Team was inspired by my small group training I do in person. This smart training method will get you well conditioned and functionally strong without over stressing mentally and physically. I add athletic movements in the training like skips, jumps and bounding to keep our coordination and fast twitch muscle fibers ALIVE. 

As we age we tend to lose those important qualities, so training like an athlete will help maintain good quality movement for longevity purposes. Whether you still play sports, pick up games, or is someone that wants to be in great shape THIS IS FOR YOU.

The JP Team program is designed for fitness enthusiasts who are looking to take their workouts to an explosive level. With expert coaching, this virtual training program allows you to work out when you want, all while having a research-backed program that continues to push you each and every week. 

The Program

We focus on the big movements with proper loading so we progress and have fun! Im not interested in crushing you everyday. We train smart so we have optimal health and longevity. Instead of doing full body splits, we go after upper and lower body splits with one full body day to keep everything balanced and get the most out of the week.

The Coaching

We don't provide generic coaching like other training programs. We provide expert coaching, guidance, and motivation to hold you accountable and support you through your fitness journey. If you ever have any questions or need further instruction regarding some of the workouts or movements…Ask away in the message board! We will be more than happy to assist you.

Movement Progression

The goal is not to just get stronger and more powerful but to get better at performing the movements. This is why we will be doing 4 week blocks so we are able to progress with movement as well. Whether you are a beginner or expert, this is something anyone in life can benefit from.
