IN Season training
In season training is for any kicker or punter who is currently in their game season. This is a 16 week program that focuses on minimizing soreness and fatigue while also working on kicking power, strength, and fundamentals.
Off season training
Off Season Training is where we hit it hard. This program is designed to increase your kicking power by increasing your weight load and help you to move your body faster. Coupled with our Kickstart Program, it is a great way to keep your kicking and punting game strong even when you are not on the field.
